CHALLENGE

Vision Express is a network of optical stores, operating in Polish since 1994. In 20 years of activity the company has achieved a leading position in optical industry with over 160 salons across the country. Manage the flood of workers require improvement of the HR Department work in the area of access to data and files. The search for appropriate solutions were largely system that allows quick access to electronic files employees with the possibility of ordering the originals in the company that supports external archives of documents.

SOLUTION

The entire implementation was spread over time into several separate stages, which were intended to automate and organize further areas of the company’s operations.

Stage I (done)

implementation of DMS system for Human Resources Dept.
Baseline adapted and implemented the system of class E-Archive/DMS, acting as an electronic repository of staffing files with online. Extensive graphical search engine provides quick access to selected documents from a specified period and for a given group of folders A, B, C.

The whole solution has been designed based on the automatic import new files from an external source to scan. If you need access to the original documents, Baseline™ allows you to order the files from an external archive. To this end, the DMS has been integrated with the shopping basket.
