1. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
a) Baseline™ demo version: full name, e-mail address, telephone – the data used to deliver Demo service logging information to the User via e-mail. The data can be used to contact the User to present a commercial offer or provide technical assistance. Additionally, the Company stores in its data base the IP address from which the User contacted the system, the history of the visited web pages and updated records in order to analyse the client’s behaviours and optimise the w User’s interface. The data mentioned above are automatically deleted from the system after completion of the tests.
b) Newsletter: by providing their e-mail address, the user consents to receiving commercial information in the form of regular e-mails on new products and Baseline™ system updates, in compliance with the Electronic Services Provision Act (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną) of 18th July 2002 (Dz.U. No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and provides their e-mail address for that purpose.
c) Contact form: full name, telephone, e-mail address. The Company will use this information exclusively for the purpose of contacting the person filling in the contact form.
d) Information collected automatically: User’s IP address, location, web browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, websites visited by the User, amount of time spent viewing each webpage for statistics purposes.
e) Information collected automatically by other systems: the Company enables third parties to collect data on Users’ activity on the Company’s websites for the purpose of statistical analyses (Google Analytics).
2. USE OF “COOKIES”
“Cookies” are text files stored by web browsers on the User’s computer disc to record information identifying the User and to “remember” the history of User’s actions on each page on a site. User may disable “cookies” by changing their browser’s settings.
The Company’s websites use “cookies” to identify the User and properly assign the data recorder during their previous visits.
3. GOOGLE USER DATA
Baseline™ plugin for Gmail allows users to pass forward user-specified e-mails with attachments to the Baseline™ CRM software. No other Google account data nor activities are processed by our plugin. During the installation process, the user must explicitly agree for the access of the above-mentioned e-mail plugin in the context of the selected Google account.
