CHALLENGE

Benefit Systems is a leader in the market for services in Poland and abroad. Big growth and widening the offer for partners and customers of the group require action aimed at sorting out management contracts and automate access to information by digitise hard-copy documents.

SOLUTION

Baseline adapted and implemented the system of class E-Archive/DMS, acting as an electronic repository of contracts. In the framework of the implementation of dedicated mass scan import mechanism prepared with ftp as well as mapped a complex matrix of privileges for employees individual companies and departments. Due to the sensitive nature of some of the documents have been developed and deployed to GIVE protection mechanism (Access Control), which allows you to preview a document without the ability to download or copy. In the framework of the implementation of the available module Secretariat, which allows manual scans to E-archive. DMS is also integrated with a Runner in the field of transmission of information on graphics tablets.
