CHALLENGE
The Copernicus Group is a rapidly growing organisation, whose activities are carried out based on two business lines. The first are brokerage services and financing activities provided within the services broker that acquired for their clients including 3.5 billion dollars. The second line is the asset management of investment funds and dedicated closed-end investment funds, which number is more than 100, and the value of the managed assets exceeds 9 billion dollars. Supervision of the financial market in Poland forces financial institutions to conduct regular audits and controls, apply to specific procedures and timely reporting. The challenge the company surpass the Baseline was the implementation of electronic documents and a platform for controlling, internal audits and financial processes in a Copernicus Group.
SOLUTION
The whole implementation has been divided into 3 stages. Each of the stages was the progressive automation of the business areas of Copernicus. Stage III require implement Baseline ™ dedicated processes, which so far have been carried out manually.
