CHALLENGE
Geotermia Podhalańska S.A. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of heat from geothermal sources on objectives of central heating, hot water supply, and others.
The company began searching for system electronic documents that will improve not only the flow of documents in the Office, but also automate the processes of connecting new audiences heat and changes ordered by the heat. The current tool for database management and properties and register alerts the technical was not able to meet the current and future expectations of Geotermia.
SOLUTION
The implementation has been divided into 5 stages. First stage required implementation of Baseline™ dedicated modules and integration with Kombit system. Stage II was to launch invoicing and integrate Baseline™ with accounting system Symfonia. While the stage III assumed the representation of the procedures for connecting new customers. The fourth stage was to improve communication within the company. The last stage deployed advanced budgeting.
