Datera is a provider of telecommunications systems and services for companies. Its telephone exchanges and VoIP telephony, thanks to their modular and easy-to-scale construction, are intended both for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as for corporate clients. The owner of Dater is Aiton Caldwell SA, a company present on the market for 16 years – listed on New Connect and using its own technological solutions in the ICT area.
The company decided to improve the process of managing correspondence, contracts, invoices as well as the process of obtaining and customer service.
SOLUTION
Baseline ™ was implemented in the field of Electronic Document Circulation, CRM, Projects module. Integration with the Comarch ERP Optima accounting system, the Datera Call-eX telephone exchange and the SALESmanago platform was carried out.
