CHALLENGE

Charlie Food & Friends is the well-known chain of restaurants, offering its customers in several Polish cities naturally good meals in the form of a self-service buffet style Pick & Mix. Due to the distributed model of doing business, the structure of the formal and legal, and the need for a rapid flow of financial information, the company wanted to combine all of your locations in one electronic document circulation ecosystem. In addition, the parent company need to improve the flow of documents between the restaurants and the headquarters of the company and implement a records of outgoing letters, along with a cover letter templates.

SOLUTION

Baseline designed & implemented the electronic circulation of documents taking into account the separate passes for different types of documents and invoices.

All integrated with the OCR-owującym and external financial-bookkeeping system line. Export to sales system is implemented almost in real mode which significantly sped up the aggregation of financial data at the level of all units.
In the next phase of outgoing mail module integrated with mailbox. The registration of parcels and packages carried out by the Office was transferred directly to the Baseline™ system.

Implementation of the circuit require expansion of the mobile application with additional functionality of the electronic transmission and receipt of documents between locations of the network.

Using this feature, employees can more accurately control where the paper originals of documents.
