In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we have expanded the latest version of Baseline™ with a new functionality – integration with the KRS online.
How does it work?
Both the Contractor and the Agreements card now allow checking and saving registration data with a single click. From now on, you will not have to use external tools to verify the contractor’s registration data.
The information automatically downloaded from the National Court Register includes: basic data of the entity, the manner and rules of representation, as well as partners and proxies. We can use this data when adding a new contract, e.g. by completing selected fields in the content of generated documents.
The built-in mechanism for verifying changes between the data stored in Baseline™ and those downloaded from the National Court Register minimizes the risk of entering incorrect data into an annex or contract. It also allows you to verify whether there is a person who signed the document in the National Court Register.

To use the new functionality, you need to register and top-up your account on the website https://rejestr.io/api. Each data download is connected with the account being charged in accordance with the current price list in Annex 2 on .
